I should be asleep right now. I was scatterbraining on various things tonight and got into some videos with Dr. Ted Naiman on the P:E diet. A little way into this one he mentions in passing that insulin plays a role in dementia, which I think I haven’t ever heard before. If you have ever went through having a family member with dementia then you know why this is such a big deal. I’ll look into it more later but just dropping the link for now. It is timemarked at a point to give some context to the passing comment which is about 2 minutes further in.
