Well, all I know is that I’m out of a job if they ever invent a drum machine.
It’s accurate to say that they are eliminating jobs, it just happens that a lot of new jobs have sprung up too. Figures for underemployment and people out of the job market do however indicate that the new jobs aren’t a 1 for 1 swap (or better).
It’s interesting thinking of why certain jobs exist and how easily they could be replaced. Worrying, but interesting.
