I was using WSL the last couple of years but recently started using Powershell Core on Windows Terminal
Much better than it used to be on Win, I quite like it
dropped it all to get my guitar chops back 
maybe one day we’ll just have a stripped-down core OS that everything runs on and just switch out different snapshots of apps,
without rebooting or running VMs etc
Would take some cooperation between MS and Apple to get there
I finally got a MacBook last October, feels like I missed the golden era.
At least I have Logic, a really nice piece of kit.
Please God can MS not pull the same shit like back on the 90s?
